Finality, LLC was founded in May 2001 as a privately held limited liability company in North Little Rock, Arkansas.  The management has over 25 years of experience in freight and delivery, 12 years experience in manufacturing and sales accounting as well as 9 years of experience in the investment and insurance industries.  The management of Finality has a combined 8 years experience in cemetery management and operations.

The primary focus of Finality memorial products is to bring a more positive impact on the death care industry by giving the consumer options in order to bring a much needed balance to a one-sided funeral industry.

Every month over 200,000 Americans must plan a funeral for a friend or family member.  Many consumers find the entire planning process of dealing with a local funeral director intimidating.  Therefore, Finality will allow consumers to plan a funeral from the comfort of their home, and/or office on their own time schedule, with as much information as possible to make informed purchasing decisions.

Our mission is to provide individuals with as much information as possible at this time of need so that they can make an informed decision about their funeral or cremation needs.  Like most people, this time is the first time they have had to plan a funeral or cremation service.  For most people it is an emotional process, and it can be an intimidating process, even if they are doing it well in advance of any specific need.  Questions race through their mind about the death care industry: what is embalming, and do I need to embalm or not; what’s the difference between an “18 gauge” casket and a “20 gauge” casket; what services are required by law and what are optional?  At Finality we will be committed to building the information resources within the burial industry that they will need to properly plan a funeral and understand their choices

Finality will allow families to choose from quality memorial products frequently at prices less than the traditional funeral home prices.  Memorial products can be shipped directly to the funeral home or cemetery.  The average family that buys their memorial product directly from Finality would save thousands of dollars.  We will be a supplemental service to their area funeral home, which is part of a growing trend across America to comparison shop.  For the first time ever, consumers will be offered the opportunity to make an important decision through a decision-making process as easy as possible by offering a selection of beautifully crafted caskets for every need and financial situation.
