Every month over 200,000 Americans must plan a funeral for a friend or family member. Many consumers find the entire planning process of dealing with a local funeral director intimidating. Therefore, Finality will allow consumers to plan a funeral from the comfort of their home, and/or office on their own time schedule, with as much information as possible to make informed purchasing decisions.
Our mission is to provide individuals with as much information as possible at this time of need so that they can make an informed decision about their funeral or cremation needs. Like most people, this time is the first time they have had to plan a funeral or cremation service. For most people it is an emotional process, and it can be an intimidating process, even if they are doing it well in advance of any specific need. Questions race through their mind about the death care industry: what is embalming, and do I need to embalm or not; what’s the difference between an “18 gauge” casket and a “20 gauge” casket; what services are required by law and what are optional? At Finality we will be committed to building the information resources within the burial industry that they will need to properly plan a funeral and understand their choices
